How do I update my qualifications?
Qualifications are used to make sure that volunteers have the correct qualifications or trainings to sign up for certain volunteer opportunities. Once you have fulfilled a qualification or completed a training, you will need to update your qualifications in order to see new opportunities.
How to update your qualifications:
1. Log into your account.
2. Click your initials in the upper right-hand corner and then click "Qualifications" which will take you to the qualifications page.
3. Once on the qualifications page, you can update the qualification you have completed. For example, maybe you are a now a plot leader at Las Milpita's so you will mark yes to this question.
4. When you have updated what you need to, click the purple "Submit Qualifications" button.
5. Your qualifications are then updated! Some qualifications will update automatically and you will be able to see new opportunities. Others need to be approved by a site manager so you may see "Pending" next to that qualification until a site manager approves it. Once approved, you will be able to see new opportunities.
