What volunteer opportunities are available?

Volunteers are needed in all of our programs and initiatives at the Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona.

Currently, the main volunteer opportunities at our Tucson warehouse are emergency food distribution, food box and bag production, and sorting. There are also volunteering opportunities at Caridad Community Kitchen helping to pack grab-and-go lunches for community members and packing meals for seniors. We may also have opportunities to volunteer helping with gardening tasks such as at Las Milpitas Community Farm and Nuestra Tierra Learning Garden.

If you live in another area of southern Arizona, there may be openings to volunteer at our resource centers in Marana, Nogales, and Green Valley/Amado. To find opportunities at  resource centers, click the links below to create an account on the corresponding resource center website. Once you have an account, click the "Opportunities" tab on the left-hand side of the screen to view available volunteer opportunities.

If you have any questions about what volunteer opportunities are available, how to sign-up on the websites, or any other questions about volunteering, please reach out to us by email at volunteer@communityfoodbank.org.
