We need volunteers for this year’s National Association of Letter Carriers’ Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive! We need you to help drive around the neighborhood and pick up food donations. If you have a drivers license, a car and a buddy come and join the fun. Volunteers 12 - 15 years may also join; please bring one adult per four youth volunteers.
We will provide you with a map of the route that you will need to follow and grab the food from homes that the mail box is not able to do.
Check in with a CFB staff member once you arrive and we will help you get situated
As a Volunteer Driver you will help with Collecting food from the houses where the mail trucks are not able to pick up
Volunteers agree that they feel safe and are able to perform essential tasks, including...
- Standing for the majority of shift length
- General ability to lift 25-50 lbs from the ground or over the head
- Ability to bend, kneel, push, pull, and walk
Hours are subjected to CHANGE, please keep an eye out for our e-mails.
