Where does the run take place?
This event will take place at Tucson High’s track and field, 400 N 2nd Ave, Tucson, AZ 85705.
Do I have to fundraise?
You aren’t required to fundraise to participate in Dan’s Challenge. It is a FREE event that is aiming to raise awareness and bring the community together. When you register, you’ll receive your own fundraising page. You can also support Dan by making a donation without joining Dan’s Challenge.
Can I walk?
Dan’s Challenge is about getting on your feet and making a difference. Some will run, some will walk. However you choose to move and to inspire friends and family to donate is up to you. No pets or bicycles, please.
What’s included in my registration?
Your registration gives you access to your fundraising page and to complimentary snacks and beverages the day of the event.
Where does the money go?
100% of funds raised go directly to support the work of the Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona.
What do I do if someone donates cash or a check?
Linked below is our easy-to-use fundraising log, to track cash and check donations. We recommend filling out this form completely, and then bringing both the form and donations to the event so all your supporters will receive a thank you letter & tax receipt for their charitable donation.

Where should I park?
There will be parking available in the parking garage at Tucson High off of 8th St. and additionally on the surrounding streets.
How much does it cost to participate?
It is FREE to participate- whether spectating, running or walking!
It’s a pretty long event. When should I show up?
You can join Dan on the track any time between 5am and 5pm.
