The Community Food Bank is in need of face masks to provide to our front line staff & volunteers. We could certainly use the help of some crafty Tucsonans like yourselves!
The CDC has recommended that hand sewn masks be used as an alternative to disposable masks, given the shortages at this time. We need 200+ masks for our distribution sites and any additional masks we receive will be shared with our partner agencies that also distribute food to vulnerable populations.

Details for making/delivering fabric masks :
- Please use tightly-woven cotton fabric on both sides.
- When your masks are complete, email us at engage@communityfoodbank.org or call 520-449-8336 to arrange for delivery.
- Collected masks will be immediately sent to laundry/processing to be prepared for use.
