Hands-On Volunteer Workday at Nuestra Tierra Garden on Fridays

Interested in volunteering in the garden? Please email Tbarter@communityfoodbank.org to schedule your start date before coming in.

Due to limited volunteer opportunities in the garden, we are seeking dedicated volunteers who can commit to at least three Fridays per month for a 10-month commitment.

Duties include:

• Planting, transplanting, and sorting seeds (all under the shade of our Ramada)
• Weeding and harvesting in the garden
• Greenhouse work

Requirements:

• Closed-toe shoes are required
• Dress appropriately for outdoor conditions
