We’re looking for 5 volunteers to help refresh our
playground by spreading new mulch and creating a safer space for kids to play
this summer. Volunteers will be helping rake and spread approximately 120 cubic
yards of mulch across the playground. Some shoveling and moving mulch by
wheelbarrow may be needed to distribute it evenly and efficiently.
No training is required—just come ready to work as part of a team!
What to bring / wear:
Closed-toe shoes (required)
Comfortable clothing you don’t mind getting dirty
Hat for sun protection
Reusable water bottle
The playground is covered by a large shade tarp, so we’ll have good sun
protection while we work.
Time & Location:
Meet at the playground in front of the garden at 3003 S Country Club Rd
