Please be aware that we are currently very low on food to sort, volunteers may be asked to help with other opportunities that need more crucial help.
In Sorting, volunteers help sort donated food. Most of this food will be miscellaneous, canned or fragile, and we'll need help checking expiration dates and making sure that each item is safe to eat and in good condition. Volunteers must be flexible to sort perishables as needed as well. Hand sanitizing stations, gloves, and masks will be provided if needed.
Please ask the supervisor for the recall book to properly sort items.
